🌟 My Story 🌟
I was a mom of two, in my 9th year of teaching, and completely miserable.
Every day felt heavy. I was exhausted—mentally, emotionally, physically—but instead of slowing down, I kept pushing harder. I poured more into my work, thinking maybe if I just try a little more… I was like a hamster on a wheel I couldn’t get off—spinning, spinning, and going nowhere.
I convinced myself that teaching was the problem. I saw other teachers leaving the classroom and sharing their joyful, free new lives online, and I thought, That’s it. That’s what I need.
So I quit.
And at first, yes, it felt freeing to not be tied to a bell schedule or lesson plans. But the most shocking part? Not much changed.
I was still tired. Still overwhelmed. Still feeling like I was stuck on that same hamster wheel—just without a classroom.
That was my wake-up call.
I realized the real problem wasn’t just my job—it was that I had completely lost myself. I had stopped caring for me. I had stopped doing the things that brought me joy, peace, and energy. Somewhere along the way, I had let go of me.
That realization started a journey. A deep, honest, messy journey of reflection, healing, boundary-setting, and rebuilding my life from the inside out. And that journey is what inspired this course.
